How is Alex Anasis different from other removalist companies?
Prior to booking a move, the staff at Alex Anasis Removals will ask a few questions in relation to your move to determine the right sized truck based on your inventory, any specialty items (such as antiques, pool tables or pianos) to ensure only one trip is required saving you both time and money.

Can you dismantle and reassemble my items?
We can dismantle and reassemble your items for you. Usually we have the tools on the truck, although it would be good if you could let us know prior to our arrival.

How long will it take to move me?
This all depends on many different factors, including the time required to load, secure and unload your belongings, weather conditions and also the distance between the premises you are moving from and to and how well you have prepared for the move. The more you do beforehand, the less we have to do.

Do you charge any hidden costs?
At Alex Anasis, what you are quoted is what you will pay - there are no hidden extras unless you are 20km from the GPO. Please ensure you let us know this when placing your booking.

When should I book my move?
The earlier the better. The more notice you give, the more likely we can accommodate with the days and times that best suit you.

Can I help the removalists?
While moving items from your house to the truck is permitted, our insurance prohibits you from loading and unloading the truck.

Do you have any cancellation Fees?
No, we do not have any cancellation fee for our clients,but we do appreciate 24 hours notice if possible .

Do you use Sub-Contracters ?
No we have our own employees who are moving our clients on a daily basis, this way we ensure that your move is carried out safely and by highly experienced employees .

Are you able to accomodate Property Settlements ?
Yes ,we are able to accomodate for property settlements , we have an understanding that it is sometimes not easy to determine a time in relation to the actual handing over of the keys to your new premises , and the occasions where the original owners are moving out on the same day.

No, our rates are the same on week days as weekends

Absolutley, we understand that you are allready busy and it is easier to have them dropped off for your convenience .

We accomodate suburb to suburb moves as well as same street moves for your convenience.

Do you have insurance for our furniture items
We have a policy of that if we break it we will fix it. Our highly trained staff will carry out an inventory of your items and list any damages,scratches or dents prior to the loading of the vehicle, all items are covered and secured in the back of the truck so as to minimise any movement whilst the vehicle is in transit .
